"Serena", he muttered, his expression giving nothing away. I wondered if he was lost in thought or if the name just didn't ring a bell.

I decided to clarify.

"Yeah, I heard you calling out the name over and over again when I found you unconscious". I said, curious. "Who is she?"

Ryan's lips parted, but before he could say a word, a loud knock on the door interrupted us. I groaned mentally. "Why does stuff like this always happen at such critical moments?"
