"Silas, I told you not to act impulsively," Asher growled as I cleaned my hands and face.

"She was never going to tell us anything so it doesn't matter," I announced.

"How would you have known that? You barely spent a minute in her cell before you ripped her apart," Asher pointed out as he glared at me.
