After walking aimlessly around the pack grounds for some minutes, I finally made my way back into the pack house.

"Aunt Elara," Diana rushed to me and I crunched down and hugged her.

"Hey, how are you doing?" I asked as my eyes raked over the small girl.

I hadn't seen her since the attack and I wondered whether she was hurt but she seemed perfectly fine.

"I'm fine," she replied as her eyes settled on the side of my ribs which were hurt.
