Silas' pov

A soft knock broke through my thoughts and I stopped pacing and turned to the door.

"Come in," I muttered. The door creaked open and Asher entered the room, pinning me with a hard stare.

"Have you been able to contact the rogues and let them know we are ready to trade the rogue?" I inquired, ignoring his eyes on me.

"No, I haven't." He replied calmly and my eyes narrowed at him.

"Why not?" I gritted out.

"I already told you, I'm not going to help you hand ...
