Immediately Valerie left the conference room, which left me seated all by myself as some cringe thoughts kicked in about taking my plans towards Valerie to the next level.

"I should switch up my acting now, enough with the perfect guy charade," I muttered to myself.

"It is starting to disgust me," I continued.
