Freya's P.O.V:

A slow beeping sound woke me up from a deep slumber.

At first, everything in front of my eyes was hazy, unfocused, but slowly, as I blinked several times, still feeling the drowsiness wanting to take over me, lull me back into a deep sleep. But I fought the urge. Something felt wrong…different. And it scared me.

Forcing my eyes open with all the strength I had, I looked up at the clear white ceiling and immediately knew that I was no longer in my own house.
