I laid Adolfa gently on the bed of enchanted feathers. Her breath was soft, almost silent. The ritual of slumber had worked. For now, her spirit rested, safe and untouched by the chaos above. The darkness of the Greko Pack, the madness of Alpha Lyran, and the burning hatred of Luna Prese were too dangerous for her in this moment. She needed to stay hidden, asleep, sealed from both mortal and spirit interference.
