I drowned yet another glass of wine down my throat.

It's been a really long time since I've felt this frustrated.

For the past thirty minutes, I've sat at this table gulping down glass after glass of wine, going over everything that happened today and thinking of what to do next.

That Shelly is really something else, did she really tell my father the truth? I wondered as I swirled my fingers slowly around the glass, lost in thought.
