IRYN'S POV

The library tilts and spins in circles as dizziness washes over me.

And I back up into the shelf behind me, resting my back fully against it as I look up at Orien in shock.

However in spite of my shock, I find myself saying; “Don’t say things like that.”

“Why?” Orien asks, sounding genuinely puzzled as he moves one fingertip along my cheek.

“I still remember how you taste."

I shake my head at him, feeling my insides quiver at the suggestion he gave.
