I stood on the balcony of the Alpha’s quarters, my hands resting on the curve of my swollen belly as the cool breeze kissed my skin. I watched the moon hanging brightly in the night sky, casting a soft silver glow over the Silvermoon pack.

I couldn’t sleep—not with the way my wolf kept pacing anxiously in my head and my mate snoring softly beside me. Celestia, as restless as ever, kept nudging me with her thoughts.
