Chloe was finishing up making dinner when her phone beeped and she frowned. She wasn’t expecting a text from anyone and she surely didn’t have any friends that would be texting her.

She ignored the text and walked to the pot to open it, and then she checked what she had in it. Closing her eyes for a bit, she inhaled that scent of the food and nodded. It was almost ready.
