POV: Edward Harrington

As we were walking out of the hospital, I carried Clara home to her apartment. I used to carry her around our house all the time. Her little hands would be around my neck and she would be flirting with me playfully. Now she was stiff and unhelpful, like an ice block. The ice block was lighter than ever before.
