REED’S POV

The sun shone fiercely through the blinds, I searched for its plastic rods and twisted them closed.

I didn’t want to get up yet.

I didn't need to be at Central hall until noon. Father needed me to sort out some paperwork.

With how often I was always there he might as well just employ me.

My phone was sitting pretty next to me and I couldn’t help the smile that spread on my face.

Lilith and I spoke the entire night.
