Before we got there, Matt shifted into a wolf.

I stared at him.

“Matt what the fuck.”

Colby blinked. “Yeah seriously what the fuck.”

“It’s a way to show that we mean business,” Matt said, snapping his teeth to make a point.

I pinched the bridge of my nose.

Matt was pretty intimidating in his wolf form, his black coat reflecting off the sunlight. His tail was lowered, ears flattened down onto his skull to show he meant business. Or he further meant business.
