Luke’s frown deepened slightly. His eyes cooled as Roger rambled on.

“She told me,” Roger continued, “that she plans to sell her shares in Hansley Corporation… all two billion dollars' worth, to start some new business.”

Roger let out a scoffing laugh. “Young girl like her, never experienced the real world. She thinks success is that easy. I warned her, those shares were her mother's legacy. Blow through that money now… what's she going to rely on later?”
