I should be inside, celebrating with everyone else, but I can’t bring myself to do that. I’m still stuck on what Azzmi said on that stage. It hit me so hard that I had to leave and come to one of the hotel balconies.

Raicko is standing next to me, just watching me. The silence between us makes me focus on the sound of my heart racing, something it hasn’t done since Azzmi said she loves me on that stage, with her eyes full of sincerity.
