Beta Alex’s POV

The moon hung high above the pack territory, its pale glow spilling over the dense forest and rooftops. I gripped the steering wheel tightly as I drove through the main gate, my mind replaying everything I’d heard at Alpha Summer’s pack. Nothing about that meeting sat right with me.
