~After two months~“Hey babe hurry up,I don't want us to be late for work,it's already coming to 9am,” I heard his voice when I was dressing up in the mirror.

It has been two months of peace and I'm finally back on my feet no more moving in the wheelchair and thanks to Liam for dedicating all his time to take care of me unconditionally.

I just can't thank him enough because no word can bring out my gratitude.

“I'm almost done,” I replied while fixing my ear rings.

I got my shoes and purse then rushed to the living room to join him.

We have never had from Linda nor Rose and I pray it stays like this because we are now focusing on us and those two are now in the past.

“I'm ready,let's go,” I gave him a wide smile and a twirl so that he could check out my outfit.

“my goodness! Look how pretty my baby looks! Now I have other ideas building up in my head right now other than heading to work,” he snaked his hand around my waist and pulled me closer.

I thought he was pecking on my neck but I was wrong,I felt his tongue and teeth on my neck and a moan left my mouth.

“Liam you can't give me love bites right now when we are heading to work,” I begged him.

“I'm the boss, remember,if you hear anyone talking behind your back about these bites,just report to me immediately,” he bit me more.

He moved his lips down to my collar bone with his hands squeezing my butt…I closed my eyes and enjoyed the moment but we were interrupted by a phone call.

“Damn! I guess some people have bad timing,” he cursed the person who was calling him and I just smiled.

He picked his call as we made our way to the car.

“That was my secretary,our meeting is in thirty minutes and our drive to the office is forty-five minutes haha,” he shoke his head.

“I guess you are the one to blame but good enough they can't start it before you get there,” I said.

“But it's you who took a long time getting ready, remember?” he asked.

“Yes I agree but again you're the one to blame again,” I replied.

“Huh!! How is it my fault baby girl?” he asked while glancing at me.

“Well,if you didn't make me busy the entire night,maybe I would be able to wake up very early in the morning,” I folded my hands and looked through the road.

“Oh I'm sorry my baby,it won't happen again,” he extended his hand and touched my chin to cheer me up.

“Says a man who was going to misbehave ten minutes back,” I looked at him.

“Come on babe! You should blame yourself for stepping out of that bedroom looking so hot that I couldn't resist touching you,you're so beautiful my baby,” he lifted my hand and pecked it.

We reached the company but it was so silent and I wondered where everyone was?

“Why is it so silent here? Even the receptionist is missing? Or things changed around here during the time I was absent?” I asked

“First have a seat here,let me check it out,” he replied.

“Let me wait from our office as you look for your employees,” I suggested.

“No,wait from here please,” he kissed me before going out of sight.

I sat on the couch in the lounge and got on my phone but luckily in less than ten minutes,Liam got back and we moved to our office.

“Do the honors and open the door since you have been away for sometime,” he handed me the keys.

“Why are you acting weird? Is this some kind of tradition or what? Anyways,let me open it,” I got the keys and opened the door.

After pushing the door open,the office was filled with stuff and everyone shouted,”welcome back to work,” then followed by an applause.

I was mesmerised with the gesture but that explains why everyone was missing plus Liam acting strange.

“Oh my God,thanks everyone for the pleasant welcome…I'm really flattered,” I thanked them and my desk was filled with all sorts of gifts.

“Guys bring out the cake and drinks,” Liam requested and the secretary walked in with the cake.

I got hold of the knife and cut it then everyone cheered for me.

Liam brought out two bottles of champagne and served his stuff…this was such a beautiful moment because everyone in the room was genuinely happy and living in the moment.

“Okay guys thanks for cooperating with me to pull this off but now it's time to get back to work,you can carry your pieces of cake to your desk and finish up from there,” he passed on the message to his staff.

They started leaving the office one by one after welcoming me back once again with a warm hug and we were left all alone with Liam.

“Okay since everyone has gone back to their work,I think we should also get going to the board room and organise for our meeting,” I reminded him.

“I don't think that's possible,” he replied while swinging in his seat.

“Why do you think like that?” I dumbly asked.

“Because this was the meeting my secretary was organising,” he laughed out loud.

“Oh Jeez Liam! You really played me haha…I seriously couldn't figure it out that it was all an act,well played my guy,” I gave him a standing ovation.

“Now how about we finish up what we had started from home,what do you say my girl?” he moved from his seat and came to mine.

“I say that you're extremely crazy you man,let's get to work please,” I pushed him away.

“Come on baby,this is our office and we can do whatever we want,” he started pecking at me.

“Yes that's right but we have been missing in this office for two months straight and I'm very sure there's a lot of pending work on our desks so let's get busy mister,” I dodged all his kisses.

“Okay ma'am if you insist,” he finally gave in and I gave him a smile then he moved back to his desk and we started working.

I really missed this office, especially the part of working next to the person who keeps disturbing you in a cute way and keeps my days brighter with his caring gestures throughout the day.
