Julie left for home, feeling under the weather. She said she would resume our remaining shopping tomorrow. It’s already late in the evening, and Olivia was tired from the trip, so I put her in the crib. I walked downstairs to ask the maid about Damon. The maid had no idea where Damon might be; she only mentioned that she saw him in the afternoon with Dexter and Witch Hilda in his office.
