I stood there watching Elena smile, her arm over Ryan’s head, she wrapped him in her arms as though he had just returned from a war and she was more than ecstatic to see him home “I’m glad you’re safe” she mumbled.

I felt it unnecessary to be there, I needed to get out of this suit and maybe have a nap, I was quenched for thirst and famished, so I took off the suit before walking off but she held onto my arm, pulling me in for an embrace as well.
