I asked into the comm. I had left the others but Ryan followed after me. We had seen what the mysterious individual had done to those people. We wanted to finish this to the end.

“One of our own has entered the bar. No word from him yet,” the wolf on the other end replied.

I ran a hand down my face. “You may need to go in and check,” I said. “Now.”
