“Any news?” Sienna asked as soon as she got off the elevator.

Maverick and Storm exchanged hopeless and defeated glances.

I sighed. “No. He passed out. The pack doctor just got here.”

“Like he’s in a coma?” Sienna gasped. “How did this happen?”

“We have no idea,” Maverick mumbled.

I battled the urge to lift my legs to my chest and bury my head between my knees. If Gage and I were never fated, this wouldn’t have happened.
