Delta: what are you up to today?

Me: prepping for company. some writing

Delta: I’m on my way to pick you up. we’re taking Liberty shopping

Me: okay? I’ll have doorman send you up

I only met her a week ago; I’m not sure what to make of this spur of the moment shopping trip.  I let Fallon know she may have the rest of the day off. Liberty exudes more enthusiasm than I for our impromptu outing. She greets Delta at the door with cheers.
