MAYA'S POV

I yawn and stretch my hands, rolling on the soft bed. I let out a breath. I can't remember getting on the bed last night. I guess I must have been so tired from everything that happened.

Flashes of last night return to my mind. The sky breaking open. The raven warriors. The attack. Did all those happen, or was it just a dream?

I carefully sit up and look around. That's when everything clicks, that the raven invasion actually happened and I've been kidnapped by the warriors.
