Two guards entered my cell and dragged me out. I was too weak from the wolfsbane to put up much of a fight. They hauled me down the corridor to a room I hadn’t seen before.

The punishment room was exactly what it sounded like - a stone chamber filled with instruments designed to cause pain. In the center was a wooden post with iron shackles attached to it.

“Chain her up,” one of the guards ordered.
