The boys had never treated me better. They showered me with gifts and, oddly enough, money so I could go buy my own things. I was actually able to go on shopping sprees for myself. The twins especially seemed to want to spoil me. They rarely left my side. They gave me money whenever they had it. They gave me shoes, new clothes, new books, and more. It was wonderful.

There was a hidden edge to it, though, at least in my head. They were giving me too much too ...
