Logan was really waiting outside the gate when I walked out. My heart flew right out of my chest when I saw the angry look on his face.

As soon as I got close to him, he grabbed me roughly and shoved me into the back of a waiting Uber.

He pounced on me as soon the driver pulled away. “What were you doing? What took you so long? Who did you talk to?” He asked, his voice filled with anger.
