"Knew what?" asked Dylan. He backed away slowly.

I let go of Grayson's hand and approached Dylan. "Dylan, this is something that just happened. You might be shocked, but please hear me out. Okay?"

Dylan glanced at Grayson and his parents behind me. "Are you hiding something from me?"

"No. We just found out, including your sister," Grayson replied. He then stood up and approached us. "You guys can talk about this inside if you're uncomfortable here."
