I gently massage his scalp with circular motions to relieve tension in that area.

I also added kneading and pressure point techniques at his temples and the base of his skull.

"Sit down," I asked.

Grayson then sat down while straightening his legs.

Now I moved to his hands. I helped him bend his arms back alternately. I also pressed gently on the shoulder.

"Do you have any aches or pains here?"

"No. Feels normal."
