Cloud Mountain was the central peak of Hongxia Mountain Range not far from the southern suburb of Cloud Sea City, and it was also the highest mountain in the area where Cloud Sea City was located. The mountain was surrounded by clouds all the year round, with its top partly hidden and partly visible. When tourists stood close to the top of the mountain, they felt they could reach for the clouds. Therefore, the mountain was called Cloud Mountain.
