Ronan’s question came as a shock, even to me.

“That man at the party. The one who had his hands on you.” He said slowly,

I blinked.

Maybe it wasn’t the question itself that caught me off guard. It was the fact that he was asking… He knew the answer, he knew about Bryan… Just what did he want me to admit?

He shifted, sliding out of his usual defensive position and stepping into something more confrontational… but not hostile.
