"Then we get married, human. I needed a wife anyways. How about a contract marriage until the child is born?" He said like it was the most natural thing in the world. Like i was supposed to jump on him immediately while screaming my lungs out in joy.

My chest tightened as I watched him closely to see if he was actually just pulling my legs but unfortunately he had a serious expression that told me he wasn't kidding. In fact, he was damn serious.
