Kyros took my hand as we followed the others out of the garden and into the villa. The three of them whispered and laughed amongst themselves as Kyros gave my clammy hand a gentle squeeze.

"Everything okay?" He whispered in my ear.

I nodded. "Just nerves."

He laughed and placed a kiss to my cheek. "You have nothing to be nervous about. You're safe with us."
