“Mate!” I heard my wolf, Ayi called out, her voice filling my head.

“Mate?” I spoke out as alpha Garrett stared at me, his intense gaze never leaving my face, even as he dried my body and made me sit on the edge of the bed.

“He’s your mate,” said Ayi, her presence strong and comforting within me as my eyes locked with Garrett's.

“You are my mate?” I questioned, still trying to process this newfound information, the realization sinking in slowly.
