Everything was peaceful, calm, relaxing, good.

I never wanted to confront Ethan. Not because I was scared of him, no, not even it, but because I feared what the truth might sound like coming from his lips. I feared the possibility that Tyler had been right… that I had walked into another carefully crafted lie, another trap disguised as comfort.
