I stayed in the studio for a few more hours after Dawn had fallen asleep, careful not to use any of the equipment that could possibly wake her up and disturb her. It wasn’t so hard, instead of working on the main component of my piece I instead focused on the finer details, parts she would also use to properly incorporate into her own ceramic style. I took special care to make those pieces as close to perfection as I could.
