My shoulder is nicely healed by the time we find the others and make camp, maybe five hours later. You don’t heal this quickly outside of a dungeon, but something about the air in here makes you regenerate, albeit very slowly. I know it’s possible to get more active regeneration, and I’m planning to try at some point, but for right now, I’m okay with one point coming back every ten minutes or so.
