Daniella paused at the base of the stairs to take in her surroundings. The front door was large, made of solid wood, and in a black frame similar to the windows and balcony doors. A lamp cast a yellow glow over the space from a hallway, and the same motion-triggered lights lit her path as she walked. The house was vast and open, with columns and furniture sectioning each room into its own unique space.
