Elise's POV

I opened my eyes to see myself on my bed. My head felt heavy and fuzzy, as if I had banged it on something strong. Flashes of having fell unconscious raced through my mind.

With a deep yawn, I managed to get out of the bed. My eyes searches all around but only the lingering scent of Xander was in the chamber.

" What exactly happened to me?" I questioned, hitting my head softly. Maybe I could remember something, anything.
