Elise's POV

I tried to open my eyes, shrinking back at the sharp rays piercing through it. The banging head wasn't making me feel any better. I felt dizzy, at the same time a connection to Alba.

"Alba!" I called out, softly. I was greeted with silence, once again. Deep dark silence that seemed to shattered the slight ray of light.
