"Fine, I will set things straight with her," I stated calmly.

"I'm sorry for her, she doesn't deserve any of this," she remarked, and I smiled in her direction.

"Stop thinking about sad things. C’mon," I urged her, and she smiled, her smile melting my heart in the process.

We spent the whole day in my mansion. We even made love again late in the evening and decided to leave the next morning. She cooked Italian dishes for dinner, after which we slept cuddling each other.
