Arianna's POV

“What do you mean I'm pregnant?” I snapped, forcing myself to my feet immediately as I moved away from her a bit.

She took a deep breath as the smile that once covered her face disappeared immediately.

“I'm so sorry. I never knew it would come as bad news,” she said, slowly dropping the bowl of water she had in her hand.

“I don't understand,” my eyebrows furrowed deeply.
