My eyes slowly fluttered open, waking up to the consciousness of the pain around my body.

I slowly attempted to sit upright, but I hissed in pain, lying back on my bed as the pain was too much to endure.

“Relax, relax. I just nursed the wound. You just need some rest to get better,” the nurse said, slowly adjusting the pillow behind my head.

“I can't thank you enough…”

“Catherine.” she introduced herself
