The elders’ chamber had always felt colder than the rest of the Summit, but that night the chill moved into my bones.

I walked in alone, the heavy stone doors closing behind me with a sound that echoed loudly in my ears.

The room was large and majestic, the outlook was a sight to behold.

The walls had the sigils of former Alpha's… names and symbols.

Hopefully in the future mine would be there too.
