Lucinda. I hadn't seen her for years. I wasn't even sure exactly how long it had been. What could she possibly want from me, I wondered. The last time we had spoken, she had actually seemed fine. Better than fine. She was dating some guy named Leo, and she had inherited the castle where she was now holding Mia.
