After walking my mother to her room I couldn’t wipe the smile off of my face. She’s alive. She’s really alive, and I couldn’t be any happier.

‘Lily, we must be careful.. I-I sense some dark magic in our mother…’ Sapphire starts to say but I cut her off.

‘Stop it, Sapphire. Can’t you just be happy she’s alive?’ I snap and shut her out. I’ve never done that before and I feel slightly bad but haven't reconnected with her yet. I’ll put my mental block down ...
