Opening her eyes, Willow took a quick look around. It was just after dawn. The sky was still mostly gray and the sun only just peaked over the horizon.

Ronan was not beside her. She wasn’t surprised since he would be in danger if anyone discovered him there. The wolves wouldn’t be near the pond by this time, they’d be resting before turning into their human forms that night.
