I should have known something was wrong the moment everyone stopped telling me things.

It was subtle at first. Conversations that stopped when I walked into a room. Phone calls that ended too quickly. My father lowering his voice when agents came over. Blake giving me that look that meant he knew something and was trying not to say it.
