Two werewolves shifted into their wolves—their body cracked, their mouths changed into muzzles, and long, sharp claws shot out. Their clothes were shredded into pieces; I guess they have extra pairs with them. They snarled and ran toward the carriage.

Noura nudged me with her arms, “Step right in.”

I blinked. Then look back at the carriage. I was leaving the pack.

The feeling is exhilarating, and also scary.
