I was counting down.

I had missed my baby and I couldn't wait to go back and apologize to her. To beg her to forgive me for everything.

I had acted on impulse when I saw those pictures of her. I had forgotten that anyone could want to ruin our marriage for us and my mother always believed anything she saw anywhere.

My mother said someone had dropped it in our mail and didn't add more information to it. This was after I had reacted the way I did.
